Hi! I’m Caitlin — a local REALTOR® who’s passionate about helping people find the perfect place to call home. I got my real estate license in 2022, but my love for homes and the stories they hold goes way back. I’ve always been drawn to the unique character in each one and how a home can really reflect someone’s personality and lifestyle.

Before real estate, I worked in sales and hospitality, so connecting with people has always been at the heart of what I do. Now, I get to combine that with my love for real estate — and I truly feel like I’ve found my calling.

I live in Lucan and work with clients across Exeter, Lambton Shores, London, Ilderton, Parkhill, Clandeboye, Grand Bend, and Port Franks. Whether you’re buying your very first home, downsizing for retirement, or dreaming of rural or lakefront living, I’m here to make the process smooth, fun, and totally tailored to you.

I especially love working with first-time buyers — there’s nothing like sharing in that excitement! I also enjoy helping folks transition into the next phase of life, whether that’s a quieter countryside home or something closer to family. My approach is all about getting to know you — no one-size-fits-all here. I’m community-focused, down-to-earth, and always in your corner from start to finish.

When I’m not out showing homes or writing offers, you’ll probably find me outdoors — hiking (Port Franks, Komoka, and London trails are my go-tos), snowboarding in the winter, or checking out a new local restaurant (I’m a big foodie!).
