A number of websites were reviewed daily/weekly and, where properties were of interest, Cindy was contacted. She responded quickly and we viewed properties as requested (and properties were available). If properties of interest had conditional offers, she keep up to date on their status and informed us if they were free to be viewed. She also recommended properties that were not yet generally known.
In the case of the property purchased, we “lived through” two conditional offers before making an offer.
