I am a licensed REALTOR® working in London and Toronto, eager to help people find their perfect home, and make informed real estate decisions. I graduated from the University of Toronto, with a double-major in Economics & Industrial Relations, and have over 10 years experience involving both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Before moving to London, I worked in commercial real estate in Toronto, as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a LEED Green Associate, in the healthcare sector, leading many projects including construction of the largest multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Canada. After marrying, my husband and I settled in London where we bought our first home together. In the process of home buying, I realized how my background in business, project management, and corporate real estate could be helpful in residential real estate.
Home buying can be emotional and exciting – it is where people set roots and grow their family, and at the same time is for many people the largest investment in their life. Enabling friends and clients to make smart and informed real estate decisions is my biggest goal. As an immigrant to Canada and someone who’s lived in both London and Toronto, I understand both the challenges of naturalizing in Canada and moving from Toronto to London. Helping settle new families in Canada, overcoming challenges, and introducing the charm of London to Torontonians is the best way I can give back to those who helped my family along the way.
As a project manager, I also can bring an organized and systematic approach to home buying. For a real estate transaction to proceed smoothly and hold its investment value over time, it is a lot more than simply finding a home and making an offer. I have experience and a savvy understanding of the market based on data and a wide network of contacts that can help the transaction to go smoothly.
