With five years of lending experience in both commercial and retail banking, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients to structure financing for personal residences, agriculture, industrial properties, office space, multi-unit residential buildings, and more. I also hold an MBA from McMaster University with a focus in finance and valuations. Combined, my professional and academic background provide a practical framework for understanding client goals, assessing market value, and guiding sound investment decisions.

Today, I focus on helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential, commercial, and agricultural properties by bringing a detail-oriented, analytical approach to every transaction. Whether you’re navigating a first-time home purchase or a complex commercial deal, I provide guidance, strategic insight, and a commitment to getting things done right. My background in banking taught me how to stay calm under pressure, manage tight timelines, and solve problems before they escalate – skills that help my clients move through the process with confidence.

I work alongside my wife, Sachia, and together we run The Pepler team. Having experienced both seamless and more challenging real estate transactions ourselves, we know how important it is to have someone you trust guiding the process. We draw on that experience to provide thoughtful, responsive service that makes every step of a transaction feel easier and more informed.

We execute transactions with high standards, prioritize clear communication, and bring a well-rounded approach grounded in professionalism and integrity – all while staying deeply connected to the community we serve. We live in Norwich with our daughter, Kate, and our two dogs, and we’re proud to call Oxford County home.
