Jake Morgan

Having lived in London for over 20 years, in Old South, Old North, West, and East, Jake is very familiar with all residential areas within the city of London. Having also spent 4 years as a permanent resident in Grand Bend Ontario, Jake is very familiar with Grand Bend and the Lambton region.

After graduating from Oakridge High School with ‘Ontario Scholar’ designation, he continued his academic career at the University of Western Ontario, completing two undergraduate degrees. Through his first undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts in History completed in 2002, Jake supplemented the cost of his education by running a successful referral based business where ethics and service played an integral role in his achievements. During his second degree, a Bachelor of Arts Honours Specialization in History degree completed in the spring of 2007, Jake invested in, and restored his first rental property.

Concurrent to his Honours degree, Jake worked with his Father to establish a fine woodworking and construction company. Their success, which encompassed projects varying from residential jobs to large commercial contracts, came through ongoing referrals from an enthusiastic and satisfied client base.

Jake’s diverse experience and successes in academia, real estate investment, construction, business, sales, and entrepreneurial ventures give him a very unique perspective.
