​Kristen entered the London and St. Thomas Real Estate business in 2008 and has not looked back since. Her success stems from superior client service and always surpassing expectations. Kristen Scheele was first exposed to the industry through her grandfather Ron Richardson, who sold real estate for an incredible 60 years. The lessons he taught her about focusing on client happiness have been paying off for the past decade.

As a REALTOR® practicing for over 16 years, Kristen has a lot of energy and a vibrant personality. She has a natural home staging ability and is an expert at presenting the most attractive features of any home. She uses multi-media promotional techniques, including social media and networking to market homes in her portfolio. She is a proven negotiator, able to achieve the best result possible for her client’s unique situation.

​A lot has happened since Kristen sold her first house at the age of 21, when she was the second youngest agent in a company of 200. She is happily married to her supportive husband Dave. They also own and operate an organic robotic dairy farm in Wallacetown where they live and own a 8 unit senior living multi-plex in Dutton. Kristen and Dave have two beautiful daughters, Sierra and Kyla, who bring them immense joy. When Kristen isn’t selling real estate, she enjoys horseback riding & showing, playing violin and spending time with family and friends.
