If you asked me to name my favourite part of this job, I would answer unequivocally it is working with buyers. Since my first job fifty years ago, selling men’s shoes for a local retailer, my passion has always been “getting it right”. Fast forward many years later, that passion is still alive and only becomes more important, I believe, when I am showing or selling a client a home. What is more important then your home? I was employed for many years selling new homes for several local builders, and during those years the knowledge I gained from my training with hundreds of clients has become one of my most valuable tools. From conception to completion, I quickly learned the importance of listening to my client’s vision, and making sure I got it right. This is the most essential component of what I do today. I want you to fall in love. That is what makes me tick.
