Rochelle Sorzano is a REALTOR® with Royal LePage® Triland Realty Brokerage, serving clients throughout London, St. Thomas, Port Stanley, Dorchester, Strathroy, Elgin County, Middlesex County, and surrounding communities in Southwestern Ontario.

With a background in research, education, project management, and real estate investment, Rochelle brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and investing process. Her experience allows her to provide informed guidance, clear communication, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.

Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Philosophy from McMaster University, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Humber College. Prior to entering real estate, she worked as a Research Coordinator Lead and Educator at a local children’s hospital, where she developed expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and complex project coordination.

As both a homeowner and local real estate investor, Rochelle understands the opportunities and challenges that come with purchasing, selling, and managing real estate. This perspective has proven valuable to a wide range of clients, including first-time home buyers, homeowners preparing to sell, individuals looking to downsize, and those exploring residential investment opportunities.
