Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in capital markets, where I supported institutional clients by conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex financial and market data, and developing investment insights from the ground up. It was rigorous, high-stakes work that demanded accuracy, adaptability, and clear communication – skills I now bring to the real estate world. I hold an MBA from McMaster University, where I specialized in finance and valuations, which shaped the way I assess value and approach strategic decisions.

Today, I help clients buy, sell, and invest in residential, commercial, and agricultural properties with a sharp eye for detail and a strategy-first mindset. I break down complex decisions into straightforward steps, offering practical insight and a clear path forward at every stage. My background taught me how to think clearly under pressure, respond quickly to new information, and distill the noise into actionable advice, so my clients always feel informed, prepared, and a step ahead.

I work alongside my husband, Ian, and together we run The Peplers team. We also own a local contracting company, Oak & Olive Homes, which gives us a well-rounded view of how properties function beyond the surface. As a mom, I also understand the emotional side of real estate, and how these decisions affect not just finances, but families, routines, and real life. Having been through both seamless and challenging real estate experiences ourselves, we know how important it is to have someone you trust guiding the process.

We execute transactions with high standards, prioritize clear communication, and bring a well-rounded approach grounded in professionalism and integrity – all while staying deeply connected to the community we serve. We live in Norwich with our daughter, Kate, and our two dogs, and we’re proud to call Oxford County home.
