Tracy Baltessen

Having been in the hospitality and retail industries for the better part of twenty five years, my commitment to quality service, integrity and my excellent communication skills have always been important to me and proven to be successful. These qualities coupled with my own personal endeavors made real estate sales a natural choice. In the past 10 years I have completed several renovation projects from design to construction, landscape to interior, rental property to personal residence, condo to house to cottage and beyond. Born and raised in Grand Bend and currently living in London, I am excited to say I have seen a lot of growth in and around this area. I am proud to be one of the founding members of the Castaway Art Studio in Grand Bend and believe that supporting our local community is the only way it can grow and prosper. Royal LePage Triland Realty also has the same philosophy, in fact, this brokerage is now personally invested in the growing Soho district in downtown London. We will be opening up this new location in early 2017. In 2010 I had an amazing opportunity to build home in Haita. Not only did this adventure involve fundraising for the build but also travelling with family and friends to this amazing country to assist in the construction of two different homes. In keeping with the building theme I have also been an am currently involved in Habitat for Humanity home building projects. One of the reasons I joined forces with Royal LePage Triland Realty is because they also share my passion for giving back to the Community through the Women’s Community House and various other projects.
