Our Management Team

Peter’s real estate career began in 1998, he joined our company in the capacity of a manager. He has been an integral part of our business ever since.

He has developed and expanded our reach into the St. Thomas and Ingersoll markets and has established himself as an effective recruiter and trainer. As well, he is a very talented and well-respected REALTOR® within our community. Peter has served on numerous committees at the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® and has served as a Director of the Woodstock Ingersoll and District Real Estate Board. and the London & St. Thomas Association of REALTORS®. Peter now co-owns the company he helped grow to be the largest real estate brokerage in Southwestern Ontario.

Adam Miller is delighted to be a part of the Royal LePage Triland Team again. He is a Broker and has sold commercial, residential and businesses in London and the area. Adam was a co-owner of Prudential Family Realty Brokerage and was very instrumental in recruiting agents, office management and public relations. He brings a great depth of public involvement and volunteer work in the community.

Mike launched his real estate career in 1993, after a successful sales career in the home improvement industry. He has received multiple sales awards from RLP in his long career as a REALTOR®.  Mike’s vast experience is enhanced by his engagement at every level of real estate.

He served as the first salesperson elected to be President of the London St Thomas Association of REALTORS® in 2007. In 2008 he was elected as Ontario Regional Director for the Canadian Real Estate Association, serving on both the CREA and Ontario Real Estate Association boards of Directors for 2 years. He was elected to CREA as director at large for an additional 2 terms in 2010 and 2013.

Mike also served as the CEO for an Ontario REALTOR® association from 2016 to 2019.

Mike currently manages the Woodstock and Ingersoll offices for Triland, and serves as a mentor, coach and leader for the area members. He is the compliance officer for all regulatory matters for the 5 Triland offices.

He is currently a director for the Woodstock board and serves on several committees.

Mike’s other interests include music of all genres, and especially blues and jazz. You will find him at music  festivals every summer!
