In the month of July, the real estate market in London, ON continued to show strong signs of growth and activity. There were 9.2% more new listings this year in the month of July than in 2022. With more houses on the market, buyers have more to choose from and houses are staying on the market for an average of 2.5 months compared to 3.1 this time last year. The average home price still continues to dip with a 3.1% decrease from this time last year.
